find y which is 4 (12/3) then in would be a straight line  horizontally because y is going to always equal 4. Don't know if this helps but here you go. Have a good day.

3y = 12     divide both sides by 3

y = 4

It's a linear function with a slope 0.

It's a horizontal line (look at the picture).
