Two negatives equal a positive.

When a subtraction sign has a negative 3 million beside it, it will be a positive.

The new equation is 3,067,952 + 3,469,460

Therefore it is positive.

(A trick I like to use is to draw a line between the two negatives and turn it into a plus sign; if that makes sense.)
