2/3 is greater. You can make them have common denominators. 2/3 is the same as 14/21. 3/7 is the same as 9/21.  so 2/3 is greater. 
Find the common denominator first (21)
Them make 2/3 into 14/21
And make 3/7 into 9/21
You can tell that 2/3 is greater!
