m=-2 and (x¹ , y¹ ) = (0 ,4 )
y-4/x-0 = -2
y-4 / x = -2
y-4=-2x
y=-2x+4 this is the slope intercept form
and this is the standard form
-2x+y=4 or 2x-y=-4
