condition for parallelity is
m=M
so gradient of points
from y= -2/-3x+4/-3
y= 2/3x-4/3
compare to y=mx+c | m= 2/3
so equations for points using
y-y1/x-x1= 2/3
y-5/x-4=2/3
3(y-5)=2(x-4)
3y-15=2x-8
3y-2x-15+8=0
3y-2x-7=0
