[tex] \frac{16}{24} = \frac{2}{3} [/tex]
[tex]\frac{2}{3} = \frac{4}{BC} [/tex]

BC= 6

[tex]\frac{2}{3} = \frac{HG}{23} [/tex]

HG= 16.33

Does that make sense? I just used the magnification ratio (2/3) it solve this.
