A pizza maker can make 8 pizzas in 12 minutes. What is the pizza maker's unit rate?

In order to find the unit rates, you just need to divide the amount of pizzas with the amount of minutes
So, the pizza maker's unit rate would be:

8pizza/12 minutes    

= 0.67 pizza/minutes           or 2/3pizza /minutes
