a= 3, b = 2 and c = -3
[tex]- a^2 -3 b^3 +c^2 +2b^3-c^2[/tex] = [tex]-a^2 -b^3[/tex]
= [tex]-(3)^2-(2^3)=-9 -8 =-17[/tex]
